A website package covers the design and build of your site — a fast, professional digital home for your business. It's a one-off investment with no ongoing obligation.

A marketing package includes the website plus active SEO strategy, Google Business Profile setup, social media presence, and everything needed to drive traffic and leads to your site. The website build itself is a one-off fixed price — no mandatory ongoing fees. The only unavoidable recurring cost is domain renewal, which is typically £10–20 per year.

We also offer an optional Monthly Maintenance add-on from £49/month, which covers hosting management, content updates, performance monitoring, and uptime checks. This is entirely optional — you're never locked in.

For larger projects (Business Website and above), we typically work on a 50% deposit upfront, 50% on launch basis. This is discussed and agreed before any work begins.

If you have specific payment requirements, mention it on your discovery call and we'll see what we can work out. We'd rather have the conversation than lose a good project over cash flow timing.

Yes. If you start with a Launchpad site and later want to add more pages, SEO, or e-commerce — we can quote for the additions separately. We build everything in a way that's easy to extend, so you're never starting from scratch.

Equally, if you want to add a Marketing Package on top of an existing website build, we can scope that out as a standalone project.

Launchpad: 5–7 working days. Business Website: 10–14 working days. Elite Business: 3–5 weeks.

Timelines start once we have everything we need from you — content, images, any specific references or preferences. The biggest cause of delays is waiting on content, so the more prepared you are, the faster we move.

For the discovery call, nothing. Just a rough idea of what you want your website to do and who your customers are.

Once we've agreed to work together, it helps to have: any existing logos or brand assets, photos you want to use (or we can recommend a photographer), and a rough idea of what pages and content you need. If you opt for our Copywriting add-on, we'll interview you and write everything — you don't need to provide a word.

Revisions are built into every package — we don't charge per round of feedback. The Launchpad includes 1 round, the Business Website includes 2 rounds, and the Elite Business includes unlimited revisions before launch.

That said, we've found that clear communication upfront means most projects need fewer revisions than clients expect. We share progress early and often rather than presenting one big reveal at the end.

No problem. We can either do a full redesign (building something new from scratch while keeping your existing domain), or do a targeted improvement to specific pages.

Your old site stays live throughout the build — we only switch over once the new one is signed off. No downtime for your business.

No. We can handle domain registration as part of the Domain & Hosting Setup add-on (from £79). If you already own a domain — anywhere — we'll connect it during the launch phase. We'll walk you through exactly what to do.

We host on fast, reliable UK-friendly infrastructure. SSL certificates are included in every package — your site will show the padlock and load over HTTPS from day one.

You're never locked into our hosting. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, we'll hand over everything you need to do so.

Depending on how your site is built, we can set up a simple content management system so you can make text and image updates yourself — no technical knowledge needed.

Alternatively, the Monthly Maintenance add-on covers regular content updates made by us, so you never have to touch the code. Most clients find this the easier option.

However, ranking on page one for competitive terms takes ongoing SEO work — keyword research, content, link building, and more. That's what our Marketing Packages are for. The website-only plans get you on Google; the marketing plans get you found.

Every package includes post-launch support — 30 days for Launchpad, 60 days for Business Website, and 6 months priority support for Elite Business.

During this period, if anything breaks, looks wrong, or needs a quick tweak, we'll sort it. After the support window, the Monthly Maintenance add-on keeps us on hand indefinitely.

Easy. Additional pages are quoted at £80 per page. New features (booking systems, forms, e-commerce) are quoted individually depending on complexity.

Because we built your site, we already know the codebase — additions are quicker and cheaper than starting from scratch with a new agency.

Yes — completely. Once the project is paid for, the website, all its files, and all its content belong to you. We don't hold websites hostage behind proprietary systems.

You're free to host it wherever you like and work with whoever you like going forward. We'd love to keep working with you, but we'd never make that feel mandatory.
